Let me take you on a quick journey as to how we ended up in what is called the “Living Room”. We had planned to meet our friends in the Maboneng Precinct, as I had ordered a dessert sampler from a newly made connection that happens to be a pastry chef. The plan was to meet very quickly for a hello, exchange of money for goods then home…. But this is South Africa… AND there is always something going on.. soooo we follow the lead of the young people and end up and this cool ass bar with a DJ on a beautiful Sunday afternoon just before sunset.
