Hosts Asya Gonzalez and Jennifer Lee tackle the bedlam. Cynthia Brianâs chapter, The Gift of Organization, is read and discussed from the award winning book, Be the Star You Are!® for Teens followed by energetic and enlightening conversations with Health Matters producer and host, Heather Brittany.  Heather shares multiple tips on how we can all organize our lives and environments with small simple steps to clear the clutter and be more productive. The show ends with a soulful rendition of Rihannaâs âStayâ sung by our Express Yourself!⢠teen host chanteuse, Jennifer Lee.  Grab the broom and dustpan. Clear out your locker. Create space and a place for everything. Shine up your life by eliminating clutter. There is meaning in cleaning.
Guest Bio: Heather Brittany
As a young teen in 1999, Heather Brittany was instrumental in launching Be the Star You Are!® 501 c3 and currently serves on the Board of Directors.  She is the producer and co-host of Health Matters and T42 on the Voice America radio program, StarStyle®-Be the Star You Are!® heard every Wednesday from 4-5pm on the Empowerment Channel.  Since childhood Heather has been a model, actor, and voice talent and is currently a physical fitness instructor and certified Bar Method teacher.
