InvestView, Inc. (OTCQB:Â INVU) (“InvestView”) is pleased to announce that Jordan L. Kimmel has been named the new Chief Investment Officer for InvestView, Inc. a NJ-based investment education, asset management company, and financial services organization.
In his position, Kimmel’s responsibilities include direct portfolio management utilizing managed accounts as well managing a private fund. Kimmel will also be providing guidance to the firm’s clients on relative risk and opportunities in the capital markets.
Kimmel has spent more than 25 years in the capital markets, managing portfolios and providing guidance to clients, brokers and has been prominent in the media. Prior to joining InvestView, Inc. Kimmel served as chief market strategist and portfolio manager for other national independent brokerage firms. From 1997 to 2009, he was president of the Magnet Investment Group, LLC, an independent firm that managed proprietary funds and served as a sub-advisor to other prominent investment firms. During that time, the MAGNET® Stock Selection Process was licensed to John Nuveen and Co., which issued “GEMS” Unit Investment Trusts that applied the Magnet process to several different indices. Earlier in his career, Kimmel was a first vice president at Dean Witter and an account executive at Paine Webber, and at A.G. Edwards.

Kimmel has been a frequent guest on CNBC and Fox Business News, and hosts his own weekly radio show, Magnet Investing with Jordan Kimmel on the VoiceAmerica Business Network. He also hosts a second show on that network titled Trust Across Americaâ¢Â that discusses the factors needed to restore trust in business. He authored Magnet Investing and The Magnet Method of Investing: Find, Trade, and Profit from Exceptional Stocks, (Wiley, 2009).  In 2013, the well-known Stock Trader’s Almanac dedicated its 46th annual edition to Kimmel.
