On today’s InsideOut Forum Discussion Call, we explored what we feel when we are quiet and why. It was a fascinating discovery of all the many ways and reasons that we uncomfortable when we get quiet. Some people fear feeling unloved, others fear being alone or judged or empty. We also heard a man share about using meditation as a means of escaping being really quiet and connected to himself and his body. Others feared being quiet because they didn’t want to hear that inner guidance compelling  them to do something they had been resisting. Join our discussion and share your own experiences and feelings about being quiet. Our community welcomes you to co-create with us an online community where it is safe to be real and to receive compassion and support. Feel free to watch this video about Beth Green.
